Neurohospitalist Locums Job in Georgia Atlanta Surrounding Area
Our partnering hospital is seeking a Board Certified Neurologist for a rewarding locum opportunity in central Georgia. Enjoy a manageable inpatient practice focused on routine consults, stroke response, and EEG reads while supporting a growing hospital system with flexible ongoing coverage needs.
Details/Requirements:
Start: TBD, likely November
Coverage needed for gaps, PTO, holiday and possibly consistent 1-2 weeks per month
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 7am-6pm
Night call could be done by Emory pool or locum - TBD
Scope of work: Routine floor consults, acute stroke pages/tPA, read EEG (routine only)
Board Certified Neurology required
Ability to read routine EEGs
Active Georgia license or IMLC
EMR: Epic
Beds: 200+
Primary stroke center
