Job description
Mercy is seeking an RN Nursing Manager for the Neurology Department on a full-time day shift. This role oversees delivery of nursing care to a defined patient population around the clock and ensures quality outcomes while aligning with Mercy standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a current RN license in Missouri, possess at least three years of clinical leadership experience, and be able to analyze complex data and manage resources effectively. A BSN is preferred, as is a master's degree.
