Huntsville Hospital Seeking Stroke/Vascular Neurologist for Stroke Program
971 bed Level I Trauma/ Regional Referral Center
24/7 Mid-level APP support
7 days on / 7 days off
Telemed coverage for affiliate hospitals
Advanced Primary Stroke Center
Dedicated Neuro Intensive Care Unit
Must have completed stroke or vascular fellowship
The position offers an excellent compensation package including a competitive salary with RVU-based incentives, annual quality bonus, sign on bonus, paid vacation, annual CME allowance, health, dental and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, paid malpractice insurance, and a 401k plan with employer contribution.
Huntsville Hospital is the only Advanced Primary Stroke Center in Madison County with thrombectomy capable treatment for acute stroke. Huntsville Hospital has 24/7 Radiology, Cardiology, Trauma, Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Coverage. Huntsville Hospital is the reginal referral center for North Alabama and Southern Tennessee and is also a teaching facility for UAB s Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programs.
