Carilion Clinic is seeking a Vascular Neurologist to join our growing academic neuroscience team in beautiful Roanoke, Virginia. As a Primary Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center with The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval , we are actively advancing our stroke program and pursuing Comprehensive Stroke Center designation . This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge stroke care while helping shape the future of our expanding program.

Primary Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center with an established endovascular program and 24/7 neurointerventional physician coverage
Dedicated Stroke Nurse Practitioner and Stroke Coordinator
Robust telestroke network supporting Carilion's regional hospitals
Integrated network of seven hospitals connected by the Life-Guard program with four helicopters and critical care air transport
Onsite 34-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, including five dedicated brain injury beds
Collaborative support from Cardiology, Critical Care, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation, and other specialty services
