Hourly Pay Range
$30.46 - $45.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights
Position: Neurophysiology Technician
Location: Wilmette, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours/week)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; weekends, every 8 weeks; holidays for On-Call
Required Travel: Travel to other sites (Evanston, Highland Park, Skokie, Swedish Hospital)
What You Will Need
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Graduate from Neurophysiology Program and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
Certification: CPR‑BLS from the American Heart Association required
Experience: One year experience as a neurophysiology technologist required with at least half of time spent performing IOM, preferably in a teaching hospital. Three years of experience preferred
Skills: Knowledge of EEGs
What You Will Do
Perform routine Electroencephalograms (EEGs)
Perform response tests
Perform EMG/NCV tests
Perform autonomic testing
