Job description
AtlantiCare’s Manager of Neuroscience Ambulatory Operations will oversee daily operations and efficiency across Neuroscience outpatient practices in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, and Mount Laurel. You will lead multi-site teams, coordinate staffing, and drive access and patient experience improvements.
Reporting to the Director, you will monitor productivity, analyze reports, and implement process improvements to meet quality, access, and financial goals.
