Job description
Ipsen is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead, coach, and manage Neuroscience Sales Representatives within a defined region. You will develop regional business plans, deploy national strategies, and ensure attainment of sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
You will build relationships with key customers and thought leaders, analyze market dynamics, allocate regional budget, and drive access strategies with Value & Access teams.
