Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (specific schedule TBD)
On-Call Shift Schedule: 1:4 rotation
Call Type: In-House/Beeper (TBD)
Call Ratio: 1:4

Case Mix: General Neurosurgery with Cranial and Spinal procedures
FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: Epic
Office Equipment Available: Robotics available at both hospitals
Specialty Backup Available: Full hospital support
Support Staff Available: Neurosurgery team, OR staff, RNs, APPs
Reason for Coverage: Group expansion
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: TBD
Credentialing Timeline: TBD
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate: $750,000 base salary
Signing Bonus: $50,000
Start Date Incentive: $50,000
Relocation & Benefits: $14,000 relocation allowance + full benefits
Partnership: Full partnership offered in 2 years
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general neurosurgical care including cranial and spinal procedures
Participate in 1:4 call rotation
Perform surgeries at both Carrollton and Villa Rica hospitals
Utilize available robotics for surgical procedures
Collaborate with neurosurgery group and hospital staff
Work toward full partnership within two years
