The facility serves as a major referral hospital for complex cases and maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site inpatient neurosurgical call coverage. Resources are in place to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery throughout all assigned coverage periods.

About the Clinician's Workday The neurosurgeon will provide high volume 24-hour call coverage for inpatient neurological surgery services and OR cases on an on-site basis. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for surgical interventions throughout all assigned coverage periods. Support staff is available in the OR to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery.
