Job description
To deliver surgical and consultative care as part of a collaborative service line (Team works together to establish monthly neurosurgery call schedule) Call coordination: Neurosurgeons jointly develop monthly call schedule Call: Five 24-hour on-call shifts monthlyClinical Responsibilities: Evaluate and surgically manage neurological and spinal conditions within training and privileges Provide inpatient and emergency consultations, postoperative care and multidisciplinary coordination Participate in shared call and service-line developmentOffer: Excellent salary + base, experience dependent, for three years After guarantee: wRVU production-based compensation Call pay: Paid per 24-hour call shift; rate to be confirmed Sign-on / relocation: Flexible and negotiable
