Neurosurgery Nocturnist APP (APRN or PA-C) | 7-on/7-off | Daytona Beach, FL
Opportunity Overview
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nocturnist APP, either an APRN or PA-C, to join our collaborative Neurosurgery team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This is an opportunity to practice alongside an established Neurosurgery team while enjoying a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule, coastal living, and the support of one of the nation’s largest faith-based health care systems.
Experience in critical care medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, or hospitalist medicine is preferred. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician with excellent communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to professional excellence.
Position Highlights
7-on/7-off schedule
Set night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Neurosurgery rounding and overnight clinical coverage
Established program with more than 20 years of neurosurgical excellence
Collaborative team of 6 neurosurgeons and 7 experienced APPs
EPIC EMR
Supportive and engaged hospital leadership
High-quality, CMS 5-Star rated, Leapfrog Grade A hospital
TJC Spine Certification and comprehensive stroke services

Candidate Qualifications
Board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
DEA license or ability to obtain one
Strong communication and collaboration skills
