Neurosurgery APP | Central Coast of California

Join an established neurosurgery practice in Santa Maria offering a Monday-through-Friday schedule with a balanced mix of operative, clinic, and administrative responsibilities. The role provides significant spine exposure, consistent surgical volume, and the opportunity to work with a degree of independence within a collaborative practice.

Position Highlights

Mix of neurosurgery clinic and operative responsibilities

High volume of spine cases

Approximately 1–4 surgeries per day

Clinic volume of approximately 12 patients per day, including new and returning patients

See postoperative patients as part of ongoing surgical care

Schedule & Call

Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call

2 days per week in the OR and 2.5 days per week in clinic

Dedicated 0.5 day for administrative responsibilities

Office conveniently located near campus

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

$75 to $110 per hour, depending on experience

Bonus: Quality incentive

Sign-On: Sign-on bonus available

Candidate Requirements

Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Prior experience in the OR, neurosurgery, or pain management

Experience with surgical patients and postoperative care

Ability to work with a degree of independence

Live & Work in the Central Coast of California
