Job description
UT Health San Antonio's HOPD Neurosurgery Clinics seeks an RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and continuity of services. This role collaborates with physicians, social services, and external agencies to ensure efficient, high-quality patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's Degree in nursing with at least three years of clinic/hospital nursing experience, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be eligible for Texas RN
