Job description
OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Neuro Surgical Services at Riverside Methodist Hospital to lead and support an experienced OR nursing team in delivering high-quality perioperative care.
You will oversee staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, champion patient safety, drive process improvements, and support staff development to advance outcomes and the community.
