New Business DeveloperBest Mexican Foods is seeking a driven, bilingual New Business Developer to help expand our presence throughout the Greater Philadelphia market. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new business and building relationships with independent Mexican restaurants and other foodservice operators.If you thrive on prospecting, enjoy meeting new people, and want the opportunity to build a territory while earning uncapped commissions, we want to speak with you.As part of Legacy Food Group, Best Mexican Foods combines the entrepreneurial culture of a growing company with the resources and stability of a larger organization.What you will do:Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. This includes Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County, Berks County and Lehigh ValleyBuild relationships with restaurant owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makersConduct daily in-person sales calls and territory visitsIdentify customer needs and present solutions that help grow their businessGenerate and maintain a strong sales pipelineAchieve monthly new account acquisition goalsCollaborate with inside sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful onboarding of new customersMaintain accurate customer and prospect information within company systemsRepresent Best Mexican Foods professionally within the local foodservice communityTypical Work Week:Monday through FridayLimited travel within the territoryOccasional Sunday remote planning and administrative workCompensation:Base salary plus commission, with a total potential earnings range of $115,000 to $175,000 (or more) annually, depending on new business sales performance.
