Job description
Groove Subaru is seeking an experienced New Car Director to lead the New Car Sales Department and drive high performance across a fast-paced dealership. You will coach Sales Managers and Associates, optimize new vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and partner with leadership to implement effective sales strategies.
Ideal candidates have automotive leadership experience, a proven track record of hitting sales goals, and strong KPI and inventory management skills.
