Job description
Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine is seeking a New Car Sales Director to run the new vehicle department with full ownership of volume, gross, inventory, desking, and people development. You will own the strategy, coaching, and execution across desking, pricing, and delivery to maximize performance.
This role requires 5+ years in dealership sales management, a track record of meeting factory objectives, and strong inventory expertise.
