Job description
Group 1 Hyundai Southwest Houston is seeking a high-performance sales operator or next-step leader to take control of the floor, drive new-car volume, and push the team to achieve targets. This role oversees sales operations, inventory management, and customer satisfaction while partnering with leadership and finance to meet department goals.
The candidate should bring a visible leadership presence on the floor, high energy, and a track record of coaching and driving results under pressure.
