I m currently working with a well-established dental practice in Colorado Springs that is seeking a Gen/Ped or Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. Overview
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Dentist or Gen/Ped
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, with rotating Saturdays
Operatories: 4 hygiene chairs, 4 operatories
Patients per Day : hygiene patients, 8 10 procedures
Procedures : Comprehensive pediatric dentistry, preventive and restorative care, with opportunities for higher-end cosmetic and operative procedures
Patient Age Range : 6 months 20 years
Payor Mix : 80% Medicaid plus most commercial dental and vision plans
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to a diverse patient population
Perform preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures as needed
Manage patient flow efficiently and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to optimize operations
Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and infection control standards
Additional Information
Licensure: Colorado Licensed
Compensation
Earning Potential : $200K+ annually (4-day workweek), $250K+ annually (5-day workweek)
Top earners exceed $500K+ with advanced procedures
Production-Based Pay : % of production (based on experience)
Relocation Assistance : $5K $7K
Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates
