- Developing relationships with builders and developers
- Identifying new-home communities
- Creating buyer-generation opportunities
- Recruiting agents interested in new construction
- Helping educate agents about selling new homes
- Developing community and builder marketing strategies
- Supporting new-home buyer events
- Developing local strategic relationships
- Identifying land and development opportunities where appropriate
