I am partnered with a highly successful, growth-oriented practice in beautiful Conway, South Carolina, seeking a permanent Pediatric Dentist to join their team and step into an established, busy pediatric patient base. Position
Current staff:
Doctors: 1
Support Staff: 2 DAs, RDHs
# of chairs/Ops: 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
Schedule: 4 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
Patients per day: 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
Patient age range: Pediatrics
Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO
Compensation:
Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
Earning Potential: $250k+
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HAS, FSA, 401k
Company paid lab fees & malpractice insurance
Retention Bonuses

Equity or Partnership: Shareholder availability after 6 months & up to 20% of ownership
Parameters:
Current state license required
Medicaid Credential Required
Will consider new grads if they are Pediatric Certified
