Job description
Cardinal Group in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader for New Development. This on-site role supports the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, branding, and resident relations for a forthcoming development while aiming for 100% occupancy through pre-leasing.
You will train team members, manage leasing processes, run monthly marketing plans, oversee social media, and build partnerships with local and national vendors to drive brand awareness.
