Job description
The Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO offers a Nursing Residency Program for new graduate RNs. This paid program supports transition from classroom to clinical practice with structured learning, preceptorship, and mentored projects across several ICU and specialty units.
Start dates occur every two weeks to accommodate graduation, NCLEX, and vacations. RN Residents work with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care following established nursing models.
