Job description
UNC Health Rex in Raleigh, NC invites new graduate nurses to join the Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) with a 12-month Nurse Residency Program designed to transition from student to professional nurse in a high-acuity setting.
Starting as a CSICU nurse, you will gain experience in hemodynamic monitoring, postoperative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with mentorship and ongoing education.
