GlobalFoundries Malta is seeking a high‑potential new college graduate to join the Human Resources team supporting the Fab 9 Manufacturing organization. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and manufacturing leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people plans and workforce insights.
You will learn through mentoring and cross‑functional exposure, using data to solve real problems, communicate clearly, and move with urgency in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
