Job description
Oak Street Health offers a New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship in Adult Primary Care at Warwick, RI. This 12-month, paid program is in collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing and focuses on building a patient panel within a value-based care model.
