Hartford HealthCare’s St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport is launching an OR Transition to Practice program for new graduate RNs and experienced nurses transitioning into perioperative roles.
The 12-month program blends theory, simulation, and clinical rotations across multiple surgical specialties.
