Job description
Nao Medical's Mineola clinic in Mineola, NY is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) for a paid training program leading to full independent practice. New grads welcome; 3-month mentorship with a tenured provider and structured onboarding.
Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $188,000 per year, with sign-on and quarterly performance bonuses, full benefits, CME allowance, and a 401(k) match. You’ll perform full-scope medicine including suturing and joint injections using AI-enabled tools.
