Nemours Children's Health is seeking a NEW GRADUATE Registered Nurse to join the CICU team in Wilmington, DE. This nursing resident position begins in early 2027 and features a 6-month precepted program with didactic and clinical experiences, followed by an additional 6 months of support.
The role includes responsibilities across critical care patient assessment, care planning, discharge planning, and advocacy, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork within the CICU environment.
