Job description
East Jefferson General Hospital, part of LCMC Health, invites new graduate RNs to join our Nurse Residency program. We offer a 12-month transition with orientation, preceptorship, and hands-on support. New grads graduating in Summer/Fall 2026 are encouraged to apply; candidates may interview across units to find the best fit.
We provide self-scheduling, a $10K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance for eligible candidates, and full-time benefits. Nights shift; Louisiana licensure required.
