New Grad RN job at AccessHealth. Albany, NY. Position: Clinical Nurse Work Shift: Day Salary Range: Not specified
Responsibilities
Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments.
Order and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess patient needs and responses to care.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the nursing team to create patient care plans.
Guide ancillary personnel and maintain nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
Certification in BLS and ACLS.
1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
