Job description
Samaritan Health Services seeks a transition RN for its GSR Critical Care Internship. This program helps newly graduated RNs apply medical knowledge and sharpen clinical skills in a critical care setting with enhanced monitoring and interventions.
Requirements include Healthcare Provider BLS on hire, ACLS within 90 days, and less than one year of acute care experience. Basic EKG experience is preferred; position supports growth into critical care roles.
