Banner Desert Med Ctr in Mesa, Arizona is hiring a new graduate RN for the Emergency Department New Graduate RN Residency Program. This full-time night-shift role provides a structured transition from student to professional nurse with mentorship from ED clinicians and unit educators.
The program includes hands-on clinical experiences, simulation training, competency validation, and orientation to the Cerner EMR.
