Job description
Duke University Health System in Durham, NC is offering the New Grad RN - SNIP for the February 2027 cohort in the Emergency Department. The 26-week orientation combines hands-on clinical exposure with classroom lectures and preceptors to support new graduate nurses.
Selected graduates will complete Duke's Nurse Residency Program within 12 months, emphasize patient-centered care, and participate in educational activities and interdepartmental projects.
