Job description
Highland Hospital of Rochester NY is seeking compassionate and motivated new graduate Registered Nurses to join our Med‑Surg to Critical Care Fellowship Program. This program supports the transition from nursing student to professional RN while building knowledge and skills for high‑acuity and critical care.
The Level I RN provides direct care, follows the nursing process, and contributes to safe, patient‑centered care within an oriented team.
