Job description
Northwestern Medicine offers a Nurse Residency Transition into Practice program for new graduates. The Neuroscience units provide diverse patient populations, including neurosurgical, stroke, and epilepsy care, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered nursing practice.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will coordinate care using evidence-based practices, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in professional development and preceptorship activities within the NMH system.
