Job description
Virginia Commonwealth University Health in Richmond, VA offers a New Graduate RN – NICU on a rotating schedule as part of the 12-month Nurse Residency Program. The program supports transition to practice with led hands-on learning and ongoing seminars.
In partnership with the VCU School of Nursing, it focuses on clinical leadership, decision-making, and delivering exceptional patient care. Eligible RNs may receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus for offers by Oct 31, 2026.
