Job description
Windham Hospital in Connecticut offers a Nurse Residency program to newly licensed nurses, with 12-month immersion across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Emergency, and OR units. Residents work nights, rotate weekends/holidays, and join classroom sessions for added learning and mentorship.
Graduates of nursing programs (or soon-to-be graduates) are encouraged to apply. Upon completion, residents gain autonomy, evidence-based practice skills, and leadership readiness within a supportive team environment.
