About This Role
The New Grad RN Resident in Gastroenterology/Hepatology at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus provides high-quality nursing care to complex patients while participating in a comprehensive residency program. This role is ideal for new graduates seeking to build a strong foundation in medical/surgical nursing.

Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when necessary.
Document in patients’ medical records.
Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience: New grad or less than one year of RN work experience
If experienced, must have less than one year of current acute direct patient care RN experience
Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
