About This Role
As a New Grad RN Resident in the Heart & Vascular Progressive Care ICU Pathway at Cleveland Clinic, new graduate nurses will build a strong clinical foundation while caring for complex cardiovascular patients in a high-acuity environment. This role is ideal for those looking to develop their skills in critical care nursing.

What You'll Do
Care for a diverse population of medically complex patients.
Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
Respond to data indicating risk to patients' health and initiate action.
Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed.
Document in patients' medical records.
Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.
Experience: New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience.
Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
