Job description
Advocate Health's Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled RN for a fast-paced neurosurgical unit. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with standards and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
