Job description
Highland Hospital of Rochester NY is seeking a Level I Registered Nurse (RN) in the Surgical Unit SE5‑New Tower, covering General Surgery, GYN, and Oncology. This role involves direct patient care in a fast-paced environment with new tower private rooms and diverse cases.
Under the Nurse Manager, the Level I nurse delivers nursing care using the nursing process, supports peers, and prioritizes safety, teamwork, and effective communication to improve patient outcomes.
