365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A recent graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van work with paid training, weekly home time, and weekly pay by direct deposit. This position is built for new CDL-A drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction and are ready to get on the road with steady freight, late-model equipment, and practical support.Pay and Training$1,600-$1,800 per weekWeekly direct deposit every FridaySafety and performance bonus opportunitiesPaid 3-5 week training program for qualified new CDL graduatesPaid orientationW2 position with steady regional freightWhat You Can ExpectRegional routes with regular weekly home timePrimarily no-touch dry van freightHigh percentage of drop-and-hook freightAssigned Freightliner or Kenworth tractorDay-one medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company match after eligibilityPTO, holidays, company-paid life and AD&D, pet and rider policiesRoute and EquipmentDrivers run regional freight with consistent miles and regular weekly home time. Freight is primarily dry van, mostly no-touch, and includes a high amount of drop-and-hook work.
