Job description
The Cardiac Surgical Registered Nurse (New Graduate) provides bedside care on a moderate acuity cardiovascular surgical unit, caring for adults before and after heart surgery, transplant, or ventricular assist device procedures. Working closely with the CVICU team, this RN performs assessments, administers medications and therapies, monitors telemetry, documents in the EHR, and coordinates care using evidence-based practice to support safe recovery and a positive patient experience.
