Job description
ChristianaCare is seeking nurses for our Nurse Residency Summer 2027: Critical Care Pathway. This full-time, structured program supports new graduate RNs transitioning into high-acuity critical care units. Residents will deliver evidence-based bedside care, monitor complex patients, administer medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in clinical simulations and didactic learning. You’ll receive precepted shifts, mentorship, and regular performance feedback while building skills in patient assessment, use of advanced monitoring equipment, and emergency response in a culture of compassion and continuous learning.
