Registered Nurse New Graduate
Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered care in Med Surg and Intensive Care units
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Participate in care planning, patient monitoring, and education
Support quality and safety initiatives within the healthcare setting
Build clinical skills through structured orientation and ongoing mentorship
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
Desire to learn and grow within a team-based environment
