Job description
As a New Graduate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate safe, evidence-based care for diverse adult patients on a fast-paced 34-bed med-surg/telemetry unit. Under the guidance of experienced nurses, you will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor telemetry, support post-surgical recovery and wound care, document in the EHR, and collaborate with the care team to promote quality outcomes, patient safety, learning, and professional growth.
