Instead, you work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives. Of course, if you need anything, your Director of Nursing is only a phone call away we offer 24-hour, 365-day support and on-demand clinical resources.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
* Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
* Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
* Following the plan of care
* Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
* Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
* TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
* Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
* Valid driver's license
* G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
