Job description
TriStar Health seeks New Grad Registered Nurses to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across our Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky hospitals. In this full-time role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document in the EMR while working closely with experienced RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams. New grads receive a structured orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing education to build clinical confidence.
