Job description
As a Newly Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct, age-appropriate patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor conditions, administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and support a strong culture of safety and ethics. This role includes participating in unit councils and quality initiatives, delegating to support staff, and potentially floating to other units based on patient needs.
